PAYMENT
Once you choose a surgical package, that includes your deposit to hold your spot with the doctor. (Non-refundable-Deposits are good for 6 months) For your surgery balance, you will be invoiced and have the ability to pay the invoice online with your Debit/Credit Card, and/or Checking Accounts.
Full Payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the Services. If not received 30 days before, you will have to take cash to pay for your services in person. The deposit will be deducted from the full cost of the Services. The total cost of the Services is non-negotiable, and the final costs are subject to change.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: Major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, or debit cards can be used as payments for the Services. You are responsible for all payments and You will be charged a $50 service fee for all dishonored transactions. Patients are responsible for all debit/credit card and wire transaction fees such as foreign transaction fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any debit/credit card or bank fees already implemented or required will be deducted from all refunds.
- If you purchase a package and then cancel before any work is done on our part, the full package price is refundable.
- If we have started to process your order and worked to get you quotes, but you have not finalized a date to go, then you can be refunded the package price minus $150 for our work.
- All Package payments above the $499 package include the $600 deposit and part of this goes towards your total with the doctor. The 2 lower packages will need to pay in addition to the package price to equal the total deposit needed to get started. Be aware that the deposit needed may be more than $600 for certain surgeries.
- If we have everything set and your date is finalized with all parties, then you receive back the package price minus the non-refundable deposits & payments used to book your procedures, stays, and services, and our fees. (Our fees are different depending on the package you choose. Contact us to learn more about the specific fee for the package you are interested in.) Please allow 7-30 days to receive your refund
BEFORE TRAVELING:
- Before arrival at your medical travel destination, 100% of the total costs must be paid through CSTAR International at least 30 days before surgery. Noncompliance may lead to surgery rescheduling or cancellation. -In the case of bank deposits or transfers, please keep in mind that each bank has its own policies and transactions may take up to 5 business days.
- To avoid any delays or inconveniences, please make sure to notify your bank that you will be traveling and using your card in the country you will be traveling to. It is also important to notify your bank of the approximate amount of the anticipated purchase to avoid the transaction being flagged or denied.
AFTER ARRIVAL:
- If you cancel your surgery after arrival for any reason, you are entitled to a partial refund from the recovery house, and 85% of surgery costs not including the non-refundable deposits & payments used to book your procedures, stays, and services, and our fees. (Subject to individual doctor regulations. All monies will be returned by the doctor and recovery houses, NOT CSTAR International.)
- Any debit/credit card or bank fees already implemented or required will be deducted from all refunds.
- If you leave the recovery house before your contracted discharge date, there is NO refund of unused days. (Subject to individual recovery house regulations)
- All refunds are discretionary and all refund requests should be emailed to cstarcares@cstarinternational.com and should include your full name and dates of Service.
By clicking “Enter Payment” and subsequently submitting your card or other payment information to us, you agree to pay the entire Payment Amount for the Services selected and authorize us to charge your designated payment method for such Payment Amount. You may be required to provide documentation or proof of payment.
